How to send an item in a box without an account

  1. Package your item in a sturdy box
  2. Clearly write the delivery address and receivers details on the box
  3. Apply the relevant ticket(s) to the box - these can be purchased at your local branch
  4. Drop the parcel off to your local branch


How to send an item in an Express Pack without an account

  1. Go to your local branch - we recommend checking your local branch has the product you need before going
  2. Purchase the Express Pack that best suits your item
  3. Clearly write the delivery address and receivers details on the pack
  4. Leave the parcel at our branch to be processed

Please note: If you are wanting a Saturday delivery, or you are sending it to a residential or rural address you will need to apply the relevant ticket(s).


Which ticket/s do I use and how many do I need?

  1. Go to the Ticket Calculator tool
  2. Enter the From To information and click Next
  3. Enter the weight and dimensions for your parcel, apply any additional services needed and click Next
  4. Under tickets required to send this item, you will see the number of tickets needed e.g. 2 Shorthaul tickets
