Charge Labels
Our couriers carry what are called “charge labels” just for these situations. These special tickets can be attached to your item so it can still be scanned and tracked, and the delivery cost is billed to your account to be paid later with your regular invoice.
Please note that there is a small administration fee is added to the total cost of the ticket to cover the extra work required at our end to process these.
So, if the courier arrives and you are short on tickets, tell them you’ll need to use a charge label, and they’ll get it sorted for you.
