Rural, Third Party & PO Box Deliveries

Rural, Third Party & PO Box Deliveries

Sometimes there is confusion when a package is scanned delivered but you still do not have the package.  Here are some possible reasons why this might have happened.

Rural Deliveries/Third Party Deliveries

For rural addresses and in some areas that New Zealand Couriers do not deliver to, we hand the package over to a Rural or Third Party team to complete the delivery on our behalf.  When we hand the package over to the Third Party for delivery, we would normally be scanning it delivered to acknowledge the hand over.  Once the package has been scanned delivered, it is usually the following day that the delivery is completed.  In some of the more remote areas, it is possible that it can take up to 3 or 4 days for delivery to be completed.

PO Box Deliveries

Normally we do not delivery to PO Boxes as they belong to NZ Post and we do not have permission to deliver to them.  There are some exceptions where we have an agreement with NZ Post where we are able to hand a package over to NZ Post and they will complete the delivery on our behalf.  When this happens, we will add a NZ Post ticket to the package for tracking purposes.

Please contact our team if it has been 2-3 days and your package hasn't been delivered and we will be able to provide the NZ Post tracking number to you.
