Delivery Times / Tracking Statuses

Delivery Times

Depending on where your item is being sent from and to, the time taken to get there will vary.
Our usual delivery standard is the next working day by 9.30 am to business addresses in main centres, or up to 5.00 pm for residential addresses.
Allow 2 - 3 days working days extra for delivery to a rural address.
Sometimes a package is sent by truck between the North and South Islands and this can take two days.
