Contacting your courier driver

For safety and security reasons we cannot give out the contact details of our couriers.

If you have had an issue with your courier, or they have not arrived when expected, please email your local customer service team or account manager with the details. They will investigate the situation and let you know what they have been able to do about it.

Email details for your local branch can be found by selecting your region on our Contact Us page, then clicking on the ‘email our branch’ button at the top of the page.
