Account payment terms

Account payment terms

Our standard account payment terms are the 20th of the month following the date of the invoice/statement.

If any account is in dispute, the undisputed portion of the account shall be payable as normal.  We maintain the right to withhold any services to any customer whose account is in arrears until such time as the account is paid. We also have the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and to recoup any fees in relation to a collection agency.

In addition to the base price, Road User Charges (RUC)Variable Fuel Factor (VFF) and Temporary Service Continuity (TSCS) surcharges are applied.  These surcharges cover variable costs to our business that fluctuate and are outside of our control, such as fuel price.
